Consistent with the Real Estate practices guiding principles, in 2007 Inetium’s Real Estate team won the prestigious Realcomm Digie (“Digital Impact”) Award for “Best Use of Automation - Commercial Brokerage” for its Brokerage Tool-Kit.  Developed with, and for United Properties, the Brokerage Tool-Kit allows the company’s 70-member brokerage division to more efficiently store, market and deliver commercial property information.  This creates significant efficiencies and improves data integrity while allowing their brokerage teams get to the market faster and with better information than before, all while integrating with marketing, accounting and transactions systems.  It is this philosophy that led to the creation of RealFuse, our Real Estate framework built on Microsoft’s Windows SharePoint Server (WSS) and Microsoft’s Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) platform, a leading, but non-proprietary, technology that translates bits and bytes of data into meaningful information.
