Inetium’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Upgrade Assessment
As you make the decision to upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, Inetium will conduct a business and technical assessment of your current environment.  The result of the assessment will be a proposed a business plan for upgrading your existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation.  The assessment process is key in ensuring that your upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 is seamless to end-users while leveraging the strengths of the new product platform. Inetium has been intimately involved with the next version of CRM and has had three customers involved in the Early Adopter program for the official product launch of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.  We will use our in-depth product knowledge and experienced CRM business consultants to help your organization maximize the value of your CRM implementation.

How the process works
Infrastructure Assessment – As you upgrade to the new version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM you will need to evaluate your current CRM environment and determine what changes are required in order to support the new product platform.  This assessment will require working closely with your IT department and a hands-on assessment of your servers, client pc’s, and network environment. 

Business Assessment – Inetium will work with your key CRM business users to identify how you are using the existing implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  This assessment will include a walk-through of the existing implementation and document any key functionality that might be extensions to the existing product platform.  Inetium will identify new CRM 4.0 functionality that can be mapped to existing business functionality and point out areas where 3rd party application may no longer be required.  

Integration to Line-of-Business applications – Inetium will review existing integration work that links Microsoft Dynamics CRM to line-of-business applications.  The assessment will help identify what needs to be modified in order to successfully upgrade to the new version of CRM

Customization Assessment – Inetium will identify any custom development that exists within the existing CRM implementation.  Once identified, Inetium will propose a plan for supporting these modifications within the context of the new Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 development platform. 

Reporting Assessment – Inetium will review CRM reports that were created in previous versions of CRM.  Inetium report engineers will determine what modifications (if any) that will need to be made in order to support the new CRM 4.0 platform. 

The Result – At the completion of the Inetium Microsoft Dynamics CRM Upgrade Assessment, you will understand the potential of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and have a prioritized plan for conducting a successful upgrade to the new version of CRM.
