Piper Jaffray is an international middle market investment bank and institutional securities firm based in Minneapolis.  The company needed a better way to enable collaboration, document management, and enterprise search among thousands of documents and 28 offices worldwide.  Inetium built an intranet solution based on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 that provides faster information sharing, along with "astronomically" increasing search relevancy.

Minnesota Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company (MLM) provides Lawyers' Professional Liability Insurance Coverage to Practice Management Services and Tools which help lawyers become and remain successful in their daily practices.  Inetium developed a CRM strategy using Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a fully-integrated online process.  The solution allows MLM to better track marketing efforts and track prospect touch points to better understand the cost of lead generation.

Ridgeview Medical Center is a community of more than 1,400 staff, nurses and physicians dedicated to improving the quality of life for its patients.  In response to Ridgeview's unused and ineffeciant intranet, Inetium built an intranet with custom-developed applications that also ulitized out-of-the-box features provided by Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server and Windows SharePoint Services technologies.  The solution increased operational capabilities and strengthened workplace reputation.

Minnesota National Bank

Minnesota National Bank is an independent, community-based bank serving their communities' complete banking needs, from savings and loan to mortgages.  In order to increase security and efficiency after the bank tripled in size, Inetium deployed an RODC application of Windows Server 2008.  By using RODC, they can now centrally manage their servers with their limited IT staff.  Minnesota National Bank can now continue with the same level of IT staff, while also enjoying markedly increased security.

Xiotech is a leading provider of data storage and data protection products and services to midsized organizations.  To provide consistency and visibility to customer sales data, Inetium implemented Microsoft Dynamics 3.0 that was tightly integrated with Microsoft Dynamics GP.  Xiotech counts this application as critical to its ability to identify its entire base of customers and provide a level of customer service not previously possible.

In an effort to improve the access to information, business productivity, and collaboration, Inetium developed a "Context-Aware" portal solution leveraging Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007. The Context-Aware portal solution delivers relevant information (data and documents) while providing different user experiences based on the user's role and need.

Polaris designs, engineers, manufactures and markets snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), Victory motorcycles and the Polaris RANGER for recreational and utility use. The Inetium solution, featuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, provides Polaris support representatives with a single, consolidated view of all calls related to a specific customer, dealer or vehicle.  Now they can easily access the information they need to provide excellent, timely customer service to their network of dealers.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM, implemented by Inetium, improves donor connections and improves fundraising efforts. The Greater Twin Cities United Way sales staff was spending up to four hours per day doing paper based or manual activities. Microsoft CRM frees up the majority of this time to allow these same staff people more client and donor face time.

The customer is a fast growing benefit management company, providing benefits for millions of people nationwide through employers, managed-care plans, unions and governmental entities. The customer was using Windows XP unattended install system for deploying desktops. The system was time-consuming, difficult to configure, and frequently failed. Microsoft’s Business Desktop Deployment tool and Inetium consulting services allowed the company to reduce Desktop deployment time from up to 35 minutes down to 10 minutes.

United Properties is a diversified commercial real estate company with over 500 employees and 26.5 million square feet of managed properties. Inetium developed a corporate portal using Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 to manage the entire brokerage property listing process.  The portal delivers property-specific strategic accounting information, documentation and other property-related data.  The portal increases the quality and frequency of communication, streamlines business processes, and aggregates line-of-business data from numerous sources while providing the role-based security to sensitive internal resources.

Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) was founded in 1987 to help feed the starving children of the world with prepackaged, nutritious, and easily prepared meals. Inetium developed a new Web site that enabled FMSC to meet aggressive growth goals and highlight the organization’s incredible impact throughout the world.  The new web site has allowed FMSC to aggressively grow the size of the organization by allowing it to schedule volunteers online, receive an increased number of donations, and provide partners with greater capabilities to distribute food.
