Medical CoverageThe importance of health care to the well-being of you and your family is a vital issue. Inetium provides comprehensive health care benefits through three plan options: A PPO Plan that features nationwide in-network service providers; A Comprehensive Plan that allows you to use any medical provider; and a Health Savings Account (HSA) Plan, a consumer-directed, high-deductible health plan along with a health savings account, funded by Inetium and your personal contributions.
Dental CoverageInetium’s Dental Plan is designed to encourage good dental health. Two plans are offered: A Preventive Plan that provides coverage for checkups, cleanings and routine exams and partial coverage for restorative services. A Comprehensive Plan adds coverage for major services, and partial orthodontia coverage for dependent children.
Vision CoverageInetium’s Vision Care Program provides affordable, quality vision care, nationwide.
Disability CoverageShort-term disability coverage protects your income in the event you are unable to work due to illness or injury. Long-term disability coverage begins after you have been off work for 90 days. In addition, you have the opportunity to purchase Supplemental Long-term Disability.
Long-Term Care InsuranceYou may elect long-term care insurance for yourself and/or your extended family members to help defray the costs of a long-term illness or disability. Coverage includes nursing home care, assisted living, and home care. As an added bonus, your premiums are locked into your age category when you sign up for the plan, and will not increase.
Your Future
401K Retirement Savings PlanNo waiting period for you to start contributing; participation begins on the first of the month following your start date. You are immediately 100% vested in both your contributions and the company match. Inetium can also make a discretionary company contribution to your 401(k) account at the end of each year as a percentage of your annual pay.
Technical Exam ReimbursementInetium reimburses employees for exams taken in pursuit of certifications.
Tuition ReimbursementFor continuing education and career development after 6 months of employment.

Life Insurance CoverageInetium automatically covers you with a group term life insurance benefit. You may also choose to buy additional insurance at group rates based on your age and salary. Spouse and dependent child coverage is available.
Flexible Spending AccountsInetium offers three FSA accounts: Health Care, Dependent Care, and Transportation Reimbursement. These accounts allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars from your paychecks to pay eligible medical, dental, dependent care, parking, and commuter expenses.
Scholarship Program Awards scholarships to dependent children ages 24 or younger. Eligibility is full-time employees with a minimum of one year of employment.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Confidential Service Professionals available 24 hours a day for employee and family for Legal Assistance, Financial Consultation, Work Issues (such as change in the workplace), or Personal Issues.

Summer Hours ProgramThis very popular benefit begins the week after Memorial Day and runs through Labor Day weekend. By working an extra hour for eight days in a two-week period, employees are given every other Friday off as a non-working paid day during the defined period. Summer Hours is a voluntary program.
Business Casual DressInetium offers employees the opportunity to dress in a business casual, yet appropriate manner.
