United Properties awarded Realcomm Digie Award for the Commercial Brokerage ToolKit developed by Inetium
MINNEAPOLIS (June 25, 2007) – United Properties was recently presented the Realcomm 2007 Digie Award “Best Use of Automation - Commercial Brokerage” for its Brokerage ToolKit. Developed by United Properties and its technology partner Inetium, the Brokerage ToolKit allows the company’s 70-member brokerage division to more efficiently store, market and deliver commercial property information.
Each year, Realcomm presents the Digie Awards (short for Commercial Real Estate Digital Innovation Awards) to recognize forward-thinking leaders in commercial real estate who are making the most out of technology and automation. Realcomm is a networking forum for commercial real estate companies created to discuss, analyze and debate the latest innovations that are impacting their industry.
