Inetium hires high-level executive, Sandy Jacolow, to lead real estate vertical
September 14, 2007, Minneapolis, Minn: Inetium, a technology consulting company that helps businesses increase their productivity, hired real estate and technology expert, Sandy Jacolow, to lead its real estate technology solution vertical.

Sandy Jacolow was hired to drive the development and implementation of Inetium’s real estate vertical. He will be developing the business strategy, building relationships, customizing services to meet the needs of the real estate community, and fostering partnerships. Inetium has extensive experience creating technology solutions for the real estate industry and has recently started a vertical in the area. Jacolow is highly qualified to take this initiative to the next level. He comes to Inetium with 25 years experience in the real estate industry with a focus on the institutional advisory, property management and brokerage markets. He also possesses a unique and complementary blend of financial, accounting and technology experience.
Most recently Jacolow served as Chief Technology Officer at Newmark Knight Frank (formerly Newmark & Company Real Estate) where he directed all of Newmark's national technology initiatives. He reinvented Newmark's technology landscape deploying an enterprise-wide Storage Area Network traversing a national MPLS backbone and introduced Microsoft’s SharePoint to address their data access and collaboration needs. Prior to joining Newmark, Jacolow served as Senior Director and Chief Technology Officer at ING Clarion, a member of ING Real Estate. During his 15-year tenure with Clarion, Jacolow was responsible for the firm's strategic technology direction. Additionally, for more than 10 years he concurrently managed the firm's Financial Control and Portfolio Accounting department.
Jacolow has been an exceptionally active member of the real estate community and has served on the boards of many prominent organizations, chairing NCREIF's Information Management Committee. Furthermore, he has served as a member of the NAREIM's Senior IT Advisory Council and was a founding member on the Board of Directors for OSCRE, an international organization formed to facilitate a greater level of coordination, standardization and collaboration throughout the real estate industry.
In 2007 Jacolow was named a member of the Realcomm CIO Advisory for the second consecutive year. In 2005 he was a shared recipient of Realcomm's Digi Award for "Most Innovative Technology - Transaction Technology" for his contributions to OSCRE and data standards initiatives and was named by Realcomm one of the "Top 25 People to Watch" in Real Estate technology in 2004.
