CRM Isn't Just for Customers Anymore

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools aren't just for tracking customers anymore.  Traditionally, CRM has been used to track sales, marketing, and customer service activities but it is time to broaden the use of this highly customizable and configurable platform.  Using Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a starting point, we transform C to an X - where X is YOUR customer.  Your customer might be a donor, a recruiting candidate, a vendor, or a resident of a particular city or county just to name a few not so obvious customers.  In each scenario, you will be able to track activities, increase constituent service and relationships, and pull reporting that helps you forecast and make better decisions.

This webcast demonstrated various possibilities on what can be done through viewing CRM as xRM, filling in the 'X' with what works for you.  Our purpose was to illustrate the power of CRM as a platform (xRM) by showing how it can be configured to support Recruiting Relationship Management, including tracking interested candidates, resumes, open job requests and candidate profiling.
