SharePoint Deployment Planning Services
SharePoint Deployment Planning Services (SDPS) is designed to help your organization plan an effective deployment of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server. SDPS includes a broad range of planning tools and services that help optimize the effectiveness of the Office SharePoint Server core capabilities, help lower the cost of deployment, and help improve the productivity of your organization.
For those customers with Software Assurance as part of their licensing agreement, Microsoft SharePoint Deployment Planning Services (SDPS) is a Software Assurance (SA) benefit, which is a pre-defined, paid service offering delivered by Microsoft partners (like Inetium). This service offers customers a 1, 3, 5, 10 or 15 day deployment planning engagement based on their individual software assurance benefit level. Customers will work with a pre-qualified Microsoft partner to develop a customized SharePoint Portal Server deployment plan for their specific environment.
Inetium is paid a set fee directly by Microsoft for these engagements. The customer must redeem a voucher for Inetium to receive payment but other than that step, there is no additional paperwork or payment required. To find out more or to get started, contact your Inetium Account Executive or sales@inetium.com.
