Keith Rachey, Inetium President & COO Keith Rachey is devoted to solving business challenges by aligning the right technology strategy. He founded Inetium in October 1998 with the mission of being a leading provider of Information Technology strategy, solutions, and services. Keith has been active in providing information technology services for nearly 20 years, blending his strong business management, financial, and technical experience. Keith’s vision and leadership has helped Inetium clients proactively drive business process change and re-architect the way information is managed, significantly increasing worker productivity and business growth. Prior to starting Inetium, Keith spent more than 10 years in various leadership roles at General Mills, a consumer foods company based in Minneapolis, MN. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Keith is an active member of the IT services community, and serves on the boards of many prominent volunteer organizations.

Eric Raarup, Senior Vice President of Technology & Marketing Eric Raarup develops productivity visions and uncovers untapped business potential for businesses. Eric uses his more than thirteen years of technology experience to accomplish this with Inetium customers. In recent years, Eric has used the Microsoft SharePoint product as the platform for much of his technical and business solution design and development, helping to propel Inetium to a consulting leadership position in the Midwest. Eric was awarded the prestigious MVP designation by Microsoft in 2007 for his technical and thought leadership with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server. Eric started the longest running SharePoint User Group in the country in 2004; the Minnesota group continues to be the most well-attended user group in the country averaging 150 people a month. Eric has authored several articles and key-noted many events for organizations such as AIIM and Microsoft over the course of his career. He is involved with the Minnesota High Tech Association developing a portal for an initiative to get more students engaged in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).

Mark Gavin, Vice President of Solutions Delivery Mark Gavin is an original Inetium partner. Mark has been Inetium’s most versatile player during his tenure by focusing his keen eye for process and project management to many facets of the business including Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Operations, and Delivery. He created Inetium’s original Project Management practice and helped shape Inetium’s processes, project visibility and communications. His current focus area involves improving the project quality of every Inetium engagement and ultimately increasing our customers’ satisfaction. Mark joined Inetium after a distinguished 10 year IT career at General Mills, a consumer food company based in Minneapolis, MN. Mark is very active in the Eden Prairie Athletic Association as a coach and volunteer.

Jeff Cleath, Chief Technical Officer Jeff Cleath is responsible not only for the technical vision and direction of Inetium, but also manages the IT staff responsible for the Service Desk, Desktop Support, and Data Center for Marquette Financial Companies and other Pohlad interests. His dedication to technology keeps him abreast of new technologies and trends that impact your business. Before becoming one of the founders of Inetium, Jeff mastered a variety of technology positions at General Mills in their IT, Sales, and Operations divisions. He also worked for Deloitte Consulting at their Global Technology Center, focusing on Microsoft technologies. He has a BS in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management, University of MN, focused in Finance and Information Systems. Jeff is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer and a Certified Microsoft Business Solutions professional.
